1 c Brown Sugar (packed) 1 c King Syrup 1/2 c Butter or Margarine 2 c Nuts 3 qt Popped Popcorn (12 c Popped, 1/2 c Kernels)
Heat oven to 250 degrees F. Spray a jelly roll pan with Pam. In a 3-quart saucepan combine the first 3 ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring constantly for the next five minutes. Remove from the stove and mix with the popcorn and nuts. Pour in the jelly pan and bake for 45 minutes. Stir with a spatula every 15 minutes. Cool 1 hour and store in airtight container.
